Great place to enjoy the scenery, good breakfast and very helpful staff. What's bad are small rooms with mold, really bad smelly bathrooms and balconies overlooking the neighboring wall. Thanks to the thin walls you will find out everything about your neighbors. So don't forget earplugs. Much too expensive for this kind of hotel.

It has good facilities. The reception is polite and kind. The hotel was very clean and excellent. The pool is clean and has cold water. The coffee shop and restaurant were very professional and excellent, you must try the food and dessert here

I booked lake view room, yet when I asked to check the room at check-in. I’ve provided with a room in second raw with view of front building. I asked for replacement and provided with ground floor room with no view at all! Any how don’t pay extra for lake view as there nothing such in design of resort. At restaurants we ordered some dishes yet some of them are not matching menu pictures quantity. We confront waiter for that he said it only in picture like that and we are serving small portions!! We refused to accept that till it’s finally changed after long time. Parking are outside, not under resort supervision. Family oriented, lots of families and kids around. There are room cleaning in daily basis. Room sound isolation bad, you can hear everything going outside, very distributive while sleeping. Wi-Fi is very slow and connection poor everywhere. You need to get close to lobby for signal!

My girlfriend and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary at Villa Da Butik. Our villa was perched above the river with a view of a waterfall. The room was quiet and well designed. The bed was really comfortable. We really liked the location too - the hotel is just below downtown Artvin. It’s close enough to walk to restaurants/cafes, but just far enough that there’s no city noise.

This hotel is one of the most famous in Artvin, location is very nice, near the river, it has their own atmosphere. But be ready that is not in the city center. It’s down, neat the university. We stayed one night in bungalow, the only problem we got is very bad wifi connection, we could connect only outside of the house. Breakfast is also good and included.

We stayed at an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room as a family of four. Our plan was to stay only for a night but after a very delightful experience, we decided to stay one more night. The villa apartment was quite clean with modern furniture. Dinner and the breakfast was palate tingling, enough for both mouth and eyes. And most importantly, the staff at the hotel are really professional and friendly. I found out that it is he first year of the facility. I hope they keep this hotel as it is now. Because I definitely wish to visit this great hotel once again. P. S: My kids say “hello!” to Ali Deha, the owner’s little son.

Beautifully built resort style hotel tucked away in a tranquil corner of Artvin overlooking the beautiful river. The room is spacious and warm, good water pressure even though water wasn’t completely hot. The breakfast buffet is a delicious spread of food…the Chef and Aasli were super helpful in giving us recommendations of what to visit nearby (thank you soo much for your kindness and warm hospitality). The receptionist was very responsive when we needed an extra room heater. Also the wifi is strong in all areas of our hotel. We paid 400TL for this beautiful stay…we can’t wait to come back in the spring..so much to explore near Artvin!

When we entered our room the first thing we realised was the awful smell and dirty towels. The room was dusty and the curtain were torn. We were told that we could call them if we needed help only to realise the the phone cord was literally cut in half.
